What was the stat, 80% of your home games the last 5 years were at night?
miketag8337
LSU actually has to play a day game?! Is that allowed?
miketag8337
Your reading comprehension is lacking. I am not going to waste time explaining something that is already there in plain English. I did not call you a name. You clearly struggle with basic concepts of grammar also. This has nothing to do with NIL or labor rights. You keep trying to inject your failed argument into this discussion bc you have nothing of substance to add. This conversation is over bc you do not possess the intellectual capability to continue.
miketag8337
No one is surprised that you’re confused. As I said, too dense.
miketag8337
I do not believe in crippling the youth bc the misguided believe that everyone deserves a trophy. You can see the outcome of that failed philosophy every day. In 10 years these same players will be whining about not having more guardrails in place. No one is creating false hardships. You’re just too dense to understand the point of athletics.
miketag8337
You really don’t get it do you? Life is hard. It is harder if you don’t know how to overcome adversity and obstacles that you will face. College athletics (particularly football with 105 teammates from all different backgrounds) are a great place to learn how to overcome those obstacles. There are lots of life lessons in those 5 years of competitions. At least there was until we gave everyone a free pass to bail the minute they found out they weren’t starting or the coach said something mean to them. The reason colleges exist is to make society better as a whole. We are crippling an entire generation of athletes by not letting them struggle to overcome these obstacles in their path.
miketag8337
A better question to me if why aren’t teams hiring the James Madison or Tulane athletic directors who appear to excel at evaluating coaching talent (Billy Napier excluded)?
miketag8337
No one is drafting Arch in the first round.
miketag8337
Yeah, bc you will never face adversity later in life. Teaching 18-23 year olds to quit and run every time they face an obstacle will definitely benefit them in their work careers!
The unlimited transfers have eliminated the need to learn how to overcome adversity, set & achieve goals, accept roles on teams, and delaying gratification.
miketag8337
They can still get NIL. They just have to actually deal with adversity and learn other character traits that have gone by the wayside with the current system in place.
miketag8337
I want a 4-team playoff, sit out a year if you decide to transfer, only one transfer allowed. I don’t want mediocre football bc no one has a backup QB or backup DL.
miketag8337
This is what ESPN wanted. Parity so everyone watches until the last game. Just like the NFL. Congrats on screwing up a beautiful thing
miketag8337
One less good man in college athletics
miketag8337
All they gotta do is win the big 12 title game to make the playoff
miketag8337
Elon
miketag8337
Your father may blow it. Do not count on seeing a penny of it. Work more than 40 hours a week and save your money so you can travel.
miketag8337
10 new players on defense. (cowboys)
miketag8337
It’s not the top roster. Their OL is hot garbage.
miketag8337
Old enough to have read Dan Jenkins and talked to Rooster Andrews.
miketag8337
Lmao! Yeah, bc Trump invaded Ukraine
miketag8337
He’s not leaving. Sips always talk a big game about who they are going to get and then they end up with a coordinator or a G5 HC.
miketag8337
Traylor
miketag8337
Agreed.
miketag8337
He shouldn’t be a top 3 round pick. Had his last name been Smith, he would have been a 3-star recruit at Louisiana-Monroe
Hope you play the sips at night
