1070ti are regularly at this price or cheaper and better, pretty horrible for 2 years later.

Herman Miller Aeron are very good. I would recommend looking on Craigslist or used office furniture stores locally. They can be $1K+ new and I regularly find them for 250-300 used and in good shape.
