I have major depression (used to be called clinical depression) and that's what it feels like. I would talk to a therapist as soon as you can. I did not want to be diagnosed with depression, but I could not climb out of that hole. My solution was therapy and antidepressants. when you say you want to "disappear" that sounds like suicidal thoughts. I have been there and I am concerned for you. Please seek help.
