I had almost the exact same symptoms (and feeling since 2019) this weekend. Lasted 2-3 days. My throat is still soar, But that’s it. Insane. I didn’t lose my sense of smell or taste but I definitely lost my appetite. Covid test once negative.

I came to say similar stuff:

Basically adjust your positioning so that instead of diving up into the enemy lines, you are jumping back and forth from your back line and your front line; you are the main peeler for back line support, and secondary tank/damage up front. You can also do mini dives to push the enemy front line back a little bit, but definitely be conservative since you aren't likely to have much support.

I think you can also use mei's wall underneath a grav to push anyone in the grav out vertically. ;)
