Just had a similar situation. Got to the gulag with an other guy, countdown went to zero, nothing happened. We ran around but then actually nothing happend. The playercount got to last 10. Two minutes later 8, that stayed for 5 minutes, then I got released from gulag to die in the gas as the 7th place. After that I watched an other player standing around in the gulag...
