My trick is that I convinced my skin that I'm a woman

I drink a LOT of water. Staying hydrated when the climate becomes very dry is one of the most important things for your skin and also your immune system

You can decide for yourself whether you like him or not

I'm so glad you're not going to be their financial advisor
musecorn
Of course it's extrelemy sad. But to successfully sue them means to prove they are criminally liable and I'm pretty sure that disclaimer being right there front and center is there for this very purpose and makes this legal case completely pointless
musecorn
Did she miss the plain worded disclaimer directly above the chat box window?
"ChatGPT can make mistakes. Check important info."

Maybe I'll give it a shot

To me, I paid membership because they were making a product I was enjoying. With no product being made I cancelled my membership. If there is a show again I'll re-instate

Say what you want about Trisha but she is a marketing and promotion tycoon

It will be an uphill battle for sure. Big tech has such a gigantic head start over regulation it's depressing. And this is just groceries

Do you have a family? Do you have a job? Do you have loved ones that are wondering where you are?
musecorn
Yes technically that's true.
The exact language: "identify all possible mechanisms for the City of Toronto to ban and regulate surveillance pricing that increases prices on groceries, including those sold online and delivered within the City, and report to the new term of City Council in the first quarter of 2027 with options for consideration"
This is an absolute required first step.. you can't have a ban without identifying the means of putting that ban into practice. Can't happen overnight unfortunately
musecorn
Ya that's standard practice in franchising
musecorn
There exists an Ontario bill calling for ban of individualized dynamic pricing specifically in the context of groceries. This is dynamic pricing based on factors such as personal data, usage activity, inferences of willingness to purchase, demographic, etc.
https://www.ola.org/en/legislative-business/bills/parliament-44/session-1/bill-104
On a municipal level Olivia Chow put forward a motion to ban this practice and passed:

It's a good start but to restrict these bans to only groceries is only scratching the surface of how our consumer protections should look.
musecorn
There's a big difference between algorithmic pricing vs. franchise location specific pricing
musecorn
Pricing based on location isn't what dynamic pricing is. That's pricing changed based on time or by individual
musecorn
Any company that has pricing displayed digitally has the ability to dynamically price. And it's 100% legal. Keep that in mind.
Edit: except for grocery stores as of July 30 2026 https://secure.toronto.ca/council/agenda-item.do?item=2026.EX33.33
You sound a little bit dehydrated
