Also, check your wiring in the left hand control block. Horn button AND headlight dimmer switch are both there. Could be a wiring issue there

But, aside from that, If i were you I'd pull the seat and tank and use that multimeter to first check continuity of the harness between the bulb and where it merges into the main harness. It may be as simple as a broken wire or bent pin in a harness plug
