I like technicians too, and idk much about the texans staff and their strengths, but I dont feel like the pick is awful still. Sometimes you just need an old school bully in the trenches and I feel like I saw enough of that from rutledge. Personally I wouldve taken pregnon instead but maybe there was injury stuff with him

I think Rutledge, of all the guards, is the most physical and vicious. If they want the line to be mean and powerful, hes the guy. I like culture picks and it really seems like one

I think in totality our picks are fine. If the draft went Max, Bernard, dunker, Everett, Allar.... I wouldn't complain too much so I guess from a results perspective its good.

I think the most pressing needs are LT (or RT and Fautanu can move back to LT) and LG, then CB (slot mainly but any works), then WR, then LB. WR is fairly deep this year so I am fine waiting on that.

I think my preference would be Miller or Pregnon with how this board falls. Then Golday, then Branch, then Clark, then McClellan/Darrell Jackson, then Tacario Davis, then Allar

I dont think banks (if he slims down) is very different from Stephon Tuitt. He can play 3-4 DE. I wouldn't put him at Nose. I think learning from Heyward would help him a lot. Hes gonna have to slim down to play otherwise hes gonna keep getting hurt
