For me when I feel it coming on right at the beginning I can take ibuprofen and Benadryl or another antihistamine right at the beginning and it stops it.

I got prescribed tramadol after surgery and tramadol has a range of effects from basically narcotics to some people to basically ibuprofen for other people. I'm lucky enough to be on the "ibuprofen, but it makes me sleepy" end of the spectrum so I just took ibuprofen instead.

I live in a developing country that theoretically has free healthcare. But I could go to the hospital and wait 6 hours in line and they'd do exactly that. Like, don't get me wrong it can be useful for other serious/emergency things. I've had my shoulder set when dislocated and while it did take a bit longer than when I had it done in the private hospital it was also free vs. two weeks wages. Also one of my kids gets decent treatment for a chronic condition, yeah it does involve waiting in lines all day a couple times a month but also it beats spending all our money on his treatment or him just dying cause we couldn't afford it which is very possible and I'm not actually that poor by local standards.

I do wonder about the wording in those 140ish countries, in their own immigration law. Because if those countries specifically allow visa free travel for either UK citizens or UK passport holders, the King technically doesn't apply and can't enter without a visa.

IMO 2 is fair game, you don't take anything from the other person. 5 is usually ok because they can always just start another city. You have no way of knowing that the cathedral or any other piece is "coming up" unless you're at the end of the game and it hasn't shown. Having 2 5 tile cities is no worse than 1 10 tile city.

The other ones, eh, depends on how tryhard you want to play. If its a casual game its a good way to get people to not want to play with you. If it's competitive or with a bunch of die hard players then they're all on the table.
