Yes, it is also noticeable in the amplified signal, as expected since the issue is the string.

Right now, mostly my new EBMM Sting Ray but the problem happens unplugged so i shouldn’t think the bass itself is a big factor.

They seem to he coming up a lot in the answers here. I should give em a try.

Hey thanks so much for coming! Glad you had a good time!

I’d check out the Sting Ray 5 strings. Those are pretty large and sound rad for metal.

They come in yellow also. It’s actually yellow glitter but the glitter is hard to see, in this pic and irl.

This is so true. Never have I seen a high kill count/zero death/etc at the end of the match and thought “Oh, well it’s only because they’re using [X] as a crutch”.

It’s always “Dang wheat were they using? I wanna do that!”

Wow such a solid first two punk albums. I bet you have been disappointed by a lot of stuff over the years after starting with those two classics.

I always thought a long song about getting old called The Recline would be a good late-in-life release from Mike.

notjonahbutnoah

It’s such a fun song to play. And thanks!

I paid mine online and never got my new sticker/registration. So to you, you nosy wannabe cop, it looks expired. But if it gets run by an actual cop, I’m all good.

part of the upper crust

I gained the trust of the night librarian at the Vatican. A gentleman named Salvatore Papardello.

That’s totally valid.

And yeah, I’m sure I could get lost in that rabbit hole.

My collection of guitars right now is kinda sparse. ‘05 MIM Strat and a ‘17 EBMM Cutlass, which that one is sorta high end. But nothin too good for a Dunlop. Then also, all the musicians I emulate use “normal” picks. I always have that thought about fancy new stuff. “Hendrix didn’t have IEMs” type of thought which is only valid to a point.

Shit I think I’m rambling.

I’m sure one day curiosity will get the best of me. Those Homey ones are certainly the best looking $35 picks I’ve seen.

Those do look interesting. Neat how they split them up by tone.

Looks like they only have 351, triangle, and jazz shape tho. Im pretty locked in on the large jazz/flow style shape.

The DGS Precision is in the pic/post. I tried the standard pink ones.

I like them. Good scrapes but I don’t love the way they wear, and when the trem picking gets really fast, a flatter pick is more comfy to me.

notjonahbutnoah

I went and checked them out. I’m sure they’re lovely but I can’t do the $35 for one pick thing.

It’s more of a compulsion than an affordability/practicality thing. I’ve got $35 and I know I wouldn’t lose it because I’ve still got my ~15 year old V pick. I just would rather use a more “pedestrian” pick than that. I like having an Altoids tin stuffed full.

The whole offset looking bevel thing is interesting tho. I see a few fancy pick companies doing that.

notjonahbutnoah

Yeah good call. I forgot I had the dumb 10ths only one. At that point is it even a micrometer?
