The authority i work for has brought in a new Microsoft system for call handling. It's the worst software I've ever had to use, it constantly tries to make us use copilot, but we're not to use it, and we've recently found it's listening to people waiting before we answer the calls and it transcribes any conversation they have waiting for an answer.
