Real Estate Bees helps investors and wholesalers with deal acquisition and disposition.

Interesting. Usually, when this happens is often a different PPL company generates the same lead through their own funnel and sells it to their client. Later you find out that your buddy has the same lead and the first reaction is to blame your PPL company while your buddy simply purchased the same exact lead through another PPL provider.
But hey, if you are saying that your buddy purchased the same exact lead from the same exact PPL provider that sold it to you exclusively, then it a different story.

Absolutely. You are very welcome!
I run one of the largest PPL companies in the US. So obviously I'd recommend you my service. But I would rather you go and do your own due diligence on my company. Go to Google and search for:
Real Estate Bees motivated seller leads reviews
From there you will be able to make up your own mind

I have tons of actionable resources on my blog created by active and successful wholesalers. Would be happy to share.

You can post your wholesale deals on my national marketplace. I have tons of end buyers visit it on a daily basis to check for fresh deals. And it is free to list one property per month. (if my answer is helpful to you, do me a favor and upvote my comment because there is some asshole in this community who goes around and reports my posts).

I feel you. If you know how to close deals (meaning you have the appropriate skill set as well as the tools) our leads will be a goldmine for you. I see so many people who don't know how to speak with sellers, negotiate, have no followup system in place and ultimately can't close even simple deals, always complaint on the lead quality. If you are not one like that, you will love our leads.

Simply start buying inbound leads. It is that simple. No need to waste your time and money on BS cold calls and texts.

There are numerous ways how to connect with investors to build your buyers list. One of those ways is to join many online communities (like this one) but on multiple platforms reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, discord, etc. You can simply make a post on those communities asking who is actively buying deals in your area where you are sourcing your deals from. There will be bunch of people raising their hands and/or DMing you.

Two viable options for you:
1) Find a successful local wholesaler who is closing multiple deals a month and offer your assistance in doing the job that he doesn't want to. In other words, become valuable without asking anything in exchange. And by the way, I hope you realize that you will do that work for free... If you do that and prove your value, that wholesaler will most likely hire you eventually. This route will teach you the practical ropes you must know to run a successful wholesaling business. So, once you feel you are ready to go on your own, you'll be able to bounce and do your thing without making stupid mistakes like most of the new wholesalers when they jump into it without proper guidance.
2) Find a mentor who's an active wholesaler and runs a successful wholesaling operation and pay him money to mentor you. It is very unlikely anybody will simply agree on mentoring you for free. And by the way, most of you newbies come here and say that you are "willing" to share your profits from your deals. STOP doing it! It is NOT an appealing offer to a successful mentor/wholesaler. You need to realize that YOU are the one who needs them to help you close that first deal and that without their help there will never be that first deal. So either pay for the mentorship upfront (this is your value) or invest your sweat equity and hustle (this is your value) to get practical mentorship.

Go High Level is a marketing & sales software that includes site building component. Hostinger is simply a web hosting. HGL can be a good option for overall marketing needs of a business. But their website building feature is very basic. I've been using Thrive Themes for the last 8 years to build websites for businesses. Check them out.

I run a PPL marketplace where we sell motivated seller leads per lead. In other words, you pay only when you get a lead that matches your criteria. These are not outbound BS leads that you have bee getting from your previous company. Those are 100% INBOUND leads generated through SEO and PPC.

My bud Ben, a virtual wholesaler has a mentorship program. He actively runs his own successful wholesaling operation and helps newbies, like yourself, get into the business without making stupid mistakes. He is a real deal. I can do an intro if interested.
