My wife, and my elder boy both have wart. My wife's one, has been there for many year, only early this year when she checked in Gemini, then realised it is wart, later on also confirmed that my elder kid has it. Since my corporate insurance covered her (and my kids) for specialist treatment, so she and my kid went to see a dermatologist (that I saw previously for eczema issue). The derm treated them with the cryotherapy (freezing using liquid nitrogen). The treatment is quite comfortable, but it is not efficient. Both my wife and kid went through at least 5, 6 sessions there and still not yet totally removed, and each session costs $2++ or $3++. They hit the reimbursement limit due to this. Then my wife recently went to see a podiatrist at Upper Thomson Rd. The podiatrist did a treatment called swift microwave therapy on her. She said it was painful during treatment. The podiatrist said it took 1 session for most people, but there are patients who needed 2. She is going back to review end of the month, to see if she needs another session. That costs $3++ as well.

You are like me lah 20 years ago. When your body starts failing on you, when you keep having to make appointment with physiotherapist, or TCM physicist for acupuncture or ba-guan, or when you realise you can't perform on bed like you used to do, you will be motivated to exercise, may even over-exercise.
