It's not that it's impossible. It's impossible to do in a short time period. Yes, we should work to reduce the number of guns here. But currently, we are on the verge of severe turmoil here.

I think leftist Americans should arm themselves. It's dangerous for us, especially in the south. If we don't arm ourselves, the fascists will be the only ones with guns.

I get that it's hard for you to imagine the situation we're in, but I don't want the Nazis to be the only ones with guns. They do though.

You can't fix everything at once. We can't actually seem to fix anything at all.

Healthcare is far more politically feasible to fix then gun violence.

Also, living in the south, I know several people who have buried arms and ammo on their property for when the govmnt' comes to take their guns away.

You will never get them to give up their guns, though I ofc wish it was possible. It has to be a generational solution.

Healthcare isn't an abstract thing. Every person I talk too has a story about being screwed over in regards to healthcare. It directly effects every single American.

Not every American gets shot at.

Far more people die due to lack of health care then gun violence. I would love it if both were 0.

Try not to get too caught up on labels. Gender is a spectrum. Just try and figure out where you sit on that spectrum. The fact that you are even worried about this signals pretty strongly you are not cis. If you're not cis, you're part of the trans community regardless of where on that spectrum you sit.
