not great advice. Condos are great if they make sense for your lifestyle, but they haven't been rising at the same rates as homes. Not to mention HOAs. There are better places to park your money to rise net worth.

I have the same problem without much solution. My best bet is letting the robot go for a full day each week and cleaning it out a couple times that day. It's a pain but seems do well enough that I haven't had algae problems.

I've been following the market very closely since March. There's definitely properties that have been sitting around without multiple offers and constantly lowering their price and updating their pictures. Don't be one of these losers, they're missing out on thousands just because they were like "everyone gets multiple offers!" and got lazy.

On the other hand, it is a sellers market. I'd suggest cleaning up, make sure it smells nice and doesn't have obvious issues that will turn people away. But replacing carpet or appliances? Nah.

1. Make it clean.
2. Put up quality pictures (3D tour is a massive plus if you can pull it off).
3. If you're living in it, make it look like you aren't and prepare to be flexible (I was considering an offer on a house just last weekend but the seller cancelled my showing and said come back tomorrow because they're busy ?? I put in offer in elsewhere that night).

I tried. Lost to a better offer. In retrospect, I wish I would have matched and given myself a chance but I had the "calm down, it's only the first offer" mentality.

usually not a conspiracy guy but on this, i've got one. Big Cat doesn't actually care. Dave is on Fox News every week for god's sake. This is an act to change the news of the day away from "wow barstool sits with trump.. alt right barstool, racist barstool, ...". The news of today isn't that because of Big Cat's rant. This keeps things at barstool where they were yesterday. Hell, where they were 5 years ago. Dave is the main of chaos, Big cat the man of the people. Our politics have become radical and Dave going full republican (by association) isn't good for the brand because the moderate and left (athletes and listeners) will no longer engage with the brand. This is a reinforcement of, barstool doesn't stand behind a corporate belief, rather barstool acts and thinks as individuals.
