I have found myself in too many narcissistic relationships. Jealousy is a common thing for people to have. Jealousy kind of gets you upset, not implying mad here. You can feel jealousy and feel upset without feeling mad.

That's what I was trying to explain. Not everybody cannot feel emotions, but how they react based on those emotions that they have the right to feel is what counts. It's perfectly fine to have an emotion such as jealousy and being upset. Not mad, upset. There's a difference

And being around somebody 24/7 can sometimes feel suffocating to people. Maybe not building up resentment, but it can definitely wear somebody down. It's perfectly fine to not spend every waking moment of my life around somebody else.

Can't control how others feel to an action outside of your control. And depending on how they handle it afterwards depends on if they should be dating or not.

Just because something makes me upset does not mean I shouldn't be dating. What it means is that I better have my emotions in check. I better have my own responses in check. Because you're allowed to get upset that something happened in a relationship, you can be mad, sad, angry, happy, anything in a relationship. But how you choose to respond to those is something that should be considered more than me getting emotions. My actions should dictate whether or not I should be in a relationship more than my emotions. Granted emotions are good part of this, but not the whole aspect.

I could sit here all day everyday and be upset that somebody's flirting with my spouse, and that's perfectly fine. But the moment I let it affect anything or anybody outside of me is when it becomes an issue.

As someone who's gone through a lot of narcissistic abuse, it's perfectly valid for me to feel a certain way. But it's how I respond with my actions is what matters. Just because you're flirting with somebody I know doesn't mean I have the right to come up and start screaming my head off.

And no that's not the only example I can think of, but when you work side by side day in and day out, when you go home together side by side day in and day out, and you have no room to go do anything else without them, you tend to start feeling aggression towards each other. And for the 1% or less that doesn't feel that way, congratulations. I don't know how you do it, but that's perfectly fine. If you can find someone to be around every waking moment of your life that doesn't annoy you and they aren't annoyed by you, then you have won at life.

But don't sit here and say that feeling a feeling flirting with my spouse is not okay or valid and that I shouldn't be in that relationship. If you don't know how to control your actions based on your emotions, then you might not want to be in a relationship. But if you can totally have an emotion and not have an explosive action, then okay.

Because one time went to a burger joint, everything under this section said it could be a single, double or triple patty. If you didn't specify then they would give you hat is depicted. I asked for their BLT burger, said single as well. They gave me no patty.

When asked why they would serve me a BLT BURGER with no patty they said I ordered a BLT. Now hear me out bc they had sandwiches (no burgers) that said BLT that was less than the burger BLT. Even told them I wanted 1 patty. They charged me for the burger version, so where's my patty?
