Those ways are fine... but it would really help to have another way.

You got to give the original company a chance at any major repair or service to get the full benefit.

Maybe an "early access" program for new releases, as another example.

I wish Django offered something that I could buy as a corporate user, that doesn't require justifying as a donation. Some kind of support licence, for example, that gave a minimal, but real service. There are lot fewer questions to pay for a need, than to donate monies.

Something is bad with the firmware is my guess. Unfortunately, I actually need audio on the affected cameras, and one is not easily accessible.

The latest firmware was released August 10th, and scrubbing through the recordings on both cameras,  the bad audio started the afternoon of August 10th

I'm evidently in the minority, but the character tone (for lack of a better description) just doesn't match the tone of the subject matter, and that's reducing my enjoyment.
