Graveyard calculations on Craft of Exile - Are they wrong? (self.pathofexile) [Question]

Really common

and then some don't even work because if your build shatters enemies then they can't be revived.
Not to mention if you play a squishy build which relies on high dps and off-screening whole packs, the petal abilities are straight up unusable, because you're getting fkn deleted if you try to get in range to use them.

I do have to agree, the servers have been acting up for months, I actually spent the tail end of 3.25 on Washington even though I'm EU. And that was with 5-10k players. I personally suspect this another case of poe 1 taking a backseat while they went all in on poe 2.

hey man!
First of all, thanks for all the work that went in to Serum 2, it's truly amazing! Giving it out for free for those of us who bought the first one is unprecedented in the age of lease-ware, you're the man!
Second - there's currently an issue, the steps you described are not sufficient in making it work (for some of us). I'm unsure as to what conditions are making this happen, but for me and a couple other people I've been in contact with, Windows 10/FL studio 20 doesn't recognize the plugin as it's embedded in a folder within the path you specified (specifically C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Serum 2.vst3\Contents\x86_64-win\Serum2.vst3). After the installation process, the plugin manager doesn't find it and we have had to replace the "folder" with the actual vst3 file itself to make it work as I have described very clumsily in another comment of mine. After doing this, the plugin manager recognizes Serum 2 and the plugin runs smooth without any problems or crashes. I have also posted this in the relevant thread on the official Xfer forum.
Thanks again!

Ok so I've got a solution, but it's scuffed af. There's a Serum 2.vst3 "folder" which contains some more folders and if you navigate into the Contents/x86_64-win folder, you will find the actual vst file. For some reason FL can't recognize this and you need to take that file and copy it out into the main VST3 folder where other vst3 files usually are. I recommend making a backup of the original folders, then deleting them and replacing them with the actual file. Hope that makes sense, I'm not the best at explaining this shit lol.

Hey dude, I'm having the exact same issue. Running FL20 and the plugin manager scan is just unable to see it. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, running the installation as admin, everything and anything I could think of, nothing works. Don't really have anything else to add, just that you're not alone lol.
EDIT: I obviously triple checked all the folders and just like you only see a vst3 file, no dll file, which might be the issue, but I have no idea if that's the case and how to fix it if it is

This struck me as odd too, furthermore - wouldn't a regular t1 flat life be generally more life overall? I don't remember the new tier ranges, but 10% life is surely gonna end up being less than that right?

What in the AI generated bollocks is going on here
perplexedbadger
It can definitely be super frustrating. I missed 14 times before hitting my first 5-mod item of the league and considered giving up multiple times . But that's the price we pay for a broken crafting method, which eventually yields broken items.

the hour is later than you think..

OP is presumably just starting to learn the raid. Salt vs range pot at 300 invo Zebak is a 30s difference (full crystal, anguish, bowfa, 99 ranged, no rigour), in a 150 it's like 18s. With rigour, the difference is even lesser. I'm not saying you should farm Shadow doing ZKBA, but IMO it's the best for learning and getting comfortable with mechanics.
EDIT: This is for lvl 0 Zebak, when running WTP the difference will probably be much greater, but yeah.
perplexedbadger
Yeah agreed. I was more-so talking about early ToA when learning the raid (Zebak first is good if you tend to fuck up jugs as well).
perplexedbadger
Salt does very little for you at Zebak imo. Especially with bowfa, you just prepot ranging, blast through his puzzle in like a minute and shred him. Personally I'd much rather have salt for Baba than Zebak, since it's just a time save for Zebak while there's a somewhat high probability I'm gonna have to sip brews at Baba.

just happened to me as well, it's like they're hardcoded to multicombat, got absolutely pounded. bug or feature?
perplexedbadger
I haven't been terribly active for a couple years now and coming back, so excuse my ignorance - what use do ironmen get out of VW? Why should I go out of my way to grind it? Genuinely interested.
perplexedbadger
I assure you the mistakes are not minimal. CG is perfectly possible with lvl 70 combat stats. Obviously that leaves little to no room for error and probably isn't the most efficient approach ever, but it's legitimately just a skill issue. The higher your combat skills, the more mistakes you can afford. So you have two choices, get better at the mechanics or train your skills some more. Easy as that.
perplexedbadger
Gonna have to disagree, it's definitely a wonky beat, but I think works really well actually. Reminds me of some 20/20 London shit.
perplexedbadger
Oh I see. So you're spewing shit just for the sake of spewing shit, without any relevant arguments to further your point. Good for you buddy, you really handed it to me with that one.
perplexedbadger
Yes. Are you seriously advocating for the right to freedom of speech to be absolute? There's research papers suggesting that lies spread MUCH faster than the truth. Unless we make an effort to moderate at least the most blatant of those lies, how do you suppose our society is gonna fare in the long run? Obviously it's a fine line to thread so discussion is warranted. So let's hear it, what's your hot take?
perplexedbadger
I've been in your exact position, after a while I said fuck it and just went the classic t7 cemetery until Taste of Hate + Defiance of Destiny, then off to Sirus and Shaper into 4 voidstones and then graduated to t16s. It's kinda rough before you get those two uniques, but after you're basically immortal in yellow maps.
perplexedbadger
The cards are unreasonably rare, if you can run even t1 wisped maps, you'll probably get it faster. I've got like 30-40 Taste of Hate drops this league.
Furthermore, Thread of Hope is huge, saves you a ton of points on the tree and Dying Sun is amazing as well, since you can basically get a 100% uptime if you put it next to your tincture.
Last but not least - rage on hit tincture is huge, berserk is pretty op.
Brother. It's a focused ammy, read the last line of the implicits.
As for how this is done, I'm like 98% sure this is a recomb craft. You use influenced feeder base so when the recomb picks the focus ammy, you're basically guaranteed to win, because the influenced mods can't transfer to an uninfluenced base.
