My brother's the one who alerted me to the remake and I was so excited, but then I got mad at him for not having kids and a job. One of these days, I'm going to get to play more than one game at time!! With a keyboard!!

But AOE is different... My friend called me a fascist, because I dominate war games, but I'm actually a Democratic Socialist. If you haven't played Axis and Allies(board game), I highly recommend it.

Okay. Here's the disconnect. When I was young and had time, I played AOE2 and Starcraft2. I have never played AOE online, but with Starcraft, you have to go against Koreans and that's why I quit playing online, aside from having kids. Every split second counts.

Probably best to stick with what you're comfortable with. I'm old AF, so I'm not sure if they have controllers that can support hotkeys, but it's a game changer if you can. I think you can do up to 6 or 9 with a keyboard. No idea about new tech. I'll ask my kids

Keyboard and mouse. You can attach hotkeys for groups of troops for quicker attack and defense.
