These criminal south american migrants are getting out of hand /s

Desperate for US military aid for the war they‘re losing. Too bad the US also needs aid in the war it started and is losing.

pine_ary

No but I mob-proof the entire thing on the inside.

pine_ary

US, Ukraine, Israel, Argentina. The usual suspects.

The implementation is rough, but the underlying issue is real. There are a ton of forums, Q&A and public conversations on Discord that should be searchable. They used to be public searchable websites before Discord.

No because (1) they operate in a capitalist economy under a capitalist state and (2) they don‘t represent the working class interest as a whole, just some individuals. Cooperatives in socialism are different because they work under a socialist state and are incorporated into the democratic economic planning process that represents workers as a whole.

Recommended reading: "State and Revolution" by Lenin. Explains the role of the state pretty well.

There is no social ownership of the means of production without ownership of the state. A mixed economy implies the state is both capitalist and proletarian, which is just not possible. State ownership in capitalism and socialism are two entirely different things.

pine_ary

This is wrong. There is no such thing as a "mix" of socialism and capitalism. Either workers are in charge or they‘re not. In general this infographic doesn‘t even touch the state at all, implicitly giving it a "neutral" character outside of class society like liberals would say. Where do people even get these from?

The P-NP problem.

In computer science we categorize problems by complexity. Meaning how much more time or storage do we need to compute the solution as the problem grows in size. There is a class of problems we call P that is solvable in a polynomial amount of steps (which is fast in practice, so solving large problems is feasible). And another we call NP, which is solvable in an exponential amount of steps (which grows too fast to solve large problems in the real world). What we do not know is if we can find a faster algorithm for the problems in NP that would move them into P, making all of them easy to solve. What we do know is that if one problem in NP is actually in P, then all of them have to be in P.

Given that AI solved Navier-Stokes (another very difficult math problem), we might actually see the P-NP problem solved by AI in our lifetime. In fact I‘d say it‘s more likely to be solved by AI than by humans which makes it interesting in another way.

Ein guter Startpunkt ist die Junge Welt. Sehr stabile Zeitung. Es ist eine Errungenschaft, dass wir eine richtige marxistische Tageszeitung in Deutschland haben. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen.

Not what I said. What they say is compatible with NATO rhetoric of "defending freedom and democracy". They even sent volunteers to fight along Ukraine‘s troops for NATO interests. Like, there are anarchists who literally died so Blackrock can buy up more Ukrainian land. Every time I talk to anarchists about this (organized anarchists, I don‘t count whatever happens online) they are so incredibly naive and think what they‘re doing is actually helping Ukraine. It’s honestly sad. But in effect they are completely compatible with what NATO wants: Do not negotiate, take as much land as possible, no matter the cost, deny NATO imperialism by denying its involvement. Some even deny the rise of fascism in Ukraine, but not all of them (the ones that went there are more familiar with the problem, but also more likely to make excuses). When you got anarchists supporting an imperialist country making weapons shipments, I think they lost the plot of what anarchism even is and degenerate into liberals.

Sidenote: Equating the Ukraine war with the genocide in Palestine is just wrong. If you think the Ukraine war is a genocide, then you‘re towing the EU line and you‘re also discrediting actual genocides by likening them to a regular war.

pine_ary

Rip. Well I hope she died doing what she loved.

pine_ary

Yeah capitalist states are contradictory. They can have an anti-imperialist character when dealing with international rivals and still be deeply reactionary and shitty in other ways. They‘re not principled, they‘re just pursuing their own interest. Sometimes that lines up with progressive developments, sometimes it doesn’t.

I don‘t think the strawman of a person who thinks Russia is anti-imperialist in everything it does really exists. The most you‘ll see is specifically on the war with NATO. Besides that, we should not take this seriously. Anarchists mostly tow the NATO line on Ukraine, which is just pathetic for supposed "anti-imperialists".

Whose replacement?

You can just run the game‘s exe directly in your wine prefix using proton‘s prefix environment variable on the command line or the "launch exe inside prefix" option ti the right of the play button in lutris.

pine_ary

You can also just start the .exe in Program Files (x86)/World of Warcraft/__forever__ and log in manually. You only really need bnet to download and update the game.

My point isn‘t that this is good. The point is that the problem is structural, not just individual greedy CEOs. Blizzard would need an entirely different structure. This isn‘t fixed by "principles", but by removing the profit imperative.

pine_ary

They are required to. Shareholders could sue or remove the board of directors if they don‘t maximize their profits.

pine_ary

Only country to ever use nukes yet they act like other countries are too evil to have them. Pure deception.

pine_ary

The US nuclear arsenal must be disarmed. No imperialist rogue state can have access to these kinds of weapons. And Iran needs nuclear weapons as deterrence.

pine_ary

True. But since most batches seem to work fine, they should have tested and discarded faulty batches.

pine_ary

Definitely a quality assurance issue. From what I can tell it‘s a manufacturing error, not an engineering error.

pine_ary

What he actually should be ashamed of is his involvement with the US military. Not some silly photos.

pine_ary

A very compatible answer with American imperialism. Very electable 👍

Der Genozid und der Krieg im Iran stehen nicht zur Wahl. Alles andere sind nebensächliche Kleinigkeiten.
