Given it's filename format, it looks like it came from CivitAI. I scraped most of the website and was not able to find it. You can try if you really care that much. Note that scraping here technically breaks their ToS but they don't make filenames available with their public API, at least not one that I could find.

No, this is bad. Now someone can host a website on (presumably) discord.com or discord.gg URL. All it takes is convincing someone to be redirected to a non Discord site to phish them.
