Are these really legit? Has anyone tried and can verify? I imagine some countries would check their mail when it crosses their borders.

You can find an OEM key online for much, much less. My copy of Pro was 5 bucks. But note that OEM keys can only be used once, and cannot be activated on other PCs concurrently.

I never understood this whole concept of not "pressing charges" although admittedly I've only heard about it on TV and some news articles.

How can anyone who committed a crime not be prosecuted simply because the victim decided to not "charge" them?
