I'd start with a bare basics routine of finding a cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen.

Try a new product across 2 weeks and if your skin reacts to it well, then you can add a new product in. That way you can track to see what's working for your skin.

Personally I like balm cleansers like the classic banila co cleansing balm (note: heavily fragranced) however there are gentler ones like the HaruHaru cleansing balm.

If you don't wear much makeup there are lighter cleansing products like Cosrx low pH cleansing gel and tiam snail cleansing gel.

Moisturisers I like include the HYAAH All in one ectoin lotion (light but calming and moisturising) and the klairs vitamin E Mask(supposedly pairs well with vitamin C products for brightening effects)

Sunscreen recs: klairs all day airy sunscreen, purito daily soft touch, skin1004 sunscreen.

Once you find your 'safe products, then I'd start adding active ingredients. Hope that helps!
