I'm really liking this combo of characters so far, excited to see what they can build.

Nino has been saying for weeks that just because weed and jet aren't illegal NOW, don't be stupid about it to cops. He was telling people that cops are making notes on where they find tents and who's been cooking and as soon as its illegal they have their first targets.

The 2nd craziest part is that he did a nazi salute wice on stage during the inauguration.

The 3rd craziest part is that he said Trump is in the Epstein files.

It wouldn't be hard to make something similar.

Let's assume someone would want to sign up for platinum level for some reason, if we take the average rent of $600 pw, or $2600 pcm, 1.95% is $50 a month.

WTF is a rental passport anyway, why would anyone want to share their savings goal, and why would you want to make multiple rental payments via Visa or Mastercard throughout the month? Multiple payments means multiple fees.

What are "rental insights"? I wouldn't be surprised if the rental insights are just a series of pictures from your landlord's latest cruise.

Oh welp, I assumed because of the amounts of rubies asked for vs what was looted it would eventually have multiple sources, like from jewellery and fleekas/places with safety deposit boxes. I guess thats why some of the amounts don't sound quite right for what you're exchanging it for.

I think there's two types of heists, regular server heists like 24/7s, ammunations, ATMs, cargo etc, and DM heists.

DM heists are fully custom, and they can do what they like. They set the difficulty, they choose the groups, they choose the rewards. They even tip off the cops and give them some hints so they can either get enough units or the right equipment.

I think the heist progression to do with regular server heists is tied to the riddles and the black market. There are several items there that I suspect would let you rob fleeka branches and the jewellery store, plus theres deeper doors in the riddle bunkers that are still locked. But its like minimum $25k to buy those things, and most people are focused on storage/property/cargo.

The reason I think this is because of the Ruby Wizard that exchanges rubies for illegal stuff, no way that is solely locked behind DM heists.

I love the DK soundtracks, my favourites are Aquatic Ambience and Stickerbrush Symphony.

heyimzed was doing this as well during a meeting. To represent his character's drifting off due to being out of his depth and easily bored every time he cut to his own character's view he would play clown or techno music and when he cut to another character he would instantly pause it.

He was also practicing with the cinematic camera while driving to get some sick angles during police chases.

I would also advise people not to check the stock price daily, or even weekly. Work out a strategy and regularly invest. If you hear about a crash, don't panic sell. If anything if the price crashes you should buy more and treat it like a discount.

The only time I wouldn't invest in an index fund is if I plan to use the funds I was going to invest in the next 3 years or so. In that case I'd keep it liquid and in a high yield savings account.
