A lot of classics missing off this list, for me it would be Rogue Squadron, Jedi Academy, and KOTOR in that order.

I have that lens already, going to spend some time this weekend using it with the camera

This going to Brazil is really what I want, a proper end of the season.

Civilization 5, really just any of the Civilization games, I replay them constantly.
punksmurph
Not sure if I will pass my time in Civ 5 but I am starting to catch it.

Still mourn the loss of Choco Taco. I ate the last one in Opryland Nashville.

A-4 for sure, it is a workhorse of an aircraft with an underrated look.
punksmurph
That’s cruel, I love it.

When I moved to Security and Compliance the first phishing test I came up with was a gas card worth $50. At the time gas was over $4.50 and I thought it would be a good test of peoples skill. First off the IT department had the highest click rate, so that was not a great feeling. Second I got a very angry email from HR, apparently the director opened it and boy was she pissed. Never got that creative again.

If you suspect her tell the police, it gives them a direction to go in. You’re going to hear about it either when when they catch her.

I think you will lose too much trading twice, hold onto the OM and find a Q2.
punksmurph
Yes, I think if you could get a Q2 you would feel a lot better about the trade off. You have a bigger sensor and better OIS. You will miss the amazing IBIS on the OM1 but that is the same sensor in my SL2 and it’s amazing.

As a long time Olympus/OM System shooter I don’t think it’s a real upgrade. Your are going to lose a lot in image stabilization and speed. Getting a Pro lens for the Olympus will change how you feel about shooting with the OM1-ii.
I still have my Pen E-P5 and M10iv and bunch of prime lenses. If I am traveling light I take one of those with a couple lenses. Honestly I think you will miss the Olympus for the Q

Best practice is to back up your configuration before you attempt an update. After the update you will need to review that there have been no configuration changes and that it’s working. If you are working on it remote there are few harrowing minutes while you wait for it to finish that it is offline

God speed my friend

If I was the manager I would fire George, can’t have tattle tales and haters around.

I will be back in Tokyo beginning of December and I am planning a full day of Hard Off hunting for MiniDisc stuff

The best choice by a mile.

Play all the old BioWare titles in remembrance

Well I didn't have plans this Friday night, so looks like I am updating FortiGates, that's fun.
punksmurph
Oh god I have to go look at my Fortinet folder now
punksmurph
In FortiGate firewalls I can set DLP policy for HIPAA compliance so anything that looks like it’s PII or PHI, including SSNs, will be blocked from leaving the environment. The depth and scope of what Fortinet and Juniper have developed is far superior to Ubiqiti.
punksmurph
DLP policies are terrible on Ubiquiti routers and firewalls. Fortinet and Juniper have been the best in my opinion at this and by preference I like Fortinet for small or medium businesses.
Because I had my headphones in and minidisc player all the way up and don’t fucking care if you hate it. If I gotta sweep let me have some fucking morale. It’s that or we open shit talk people that hate fun, like singing during sweepers, while they are in earshot.
