Got unlocked after more than 48 hours...

I did the verification. Uploaded my Driver license and capture my face. But no unlocked. 48 hours

My account is still locked. No response, no email, and no contact from Namecheap.

I'm genuinely worried that I could lose the five domains I've maintained with Namecheap for nearly 10 years.

It's frustrating that a long-standing customer can be locked out of their account without any clear explanation or communication. At this point, I'm seriously considering moving all my domains to Cloudflare or another registrar to avoid this happening again.

My account has been locked for a day, and I still haven't received any response from Namecheap, either here or via email.

It looks like we need to consider migrating our domains to Cloudflare or another provider to prevent this from happening again.

If Namecheap requires verification, why can't they simply contact us and request the necessary information instead of locking our account without warning?

More importantly, if our services are disrupted while we are unable to access our account, who will be responsible for the financial losses incurred during that time?

- Enable SSH (Control Panel > Terminal & SNMP > Enable SSH).

- SSH into your NAS: ssh admin@your-nas-ip.

- Then restart Synology Drive Server again from DSM.

my nas is running ok for 30 minutes from I removed that file. You may try... I ll update if something fail in future
