Ask Hermes why.
The bottom line with agenetic type software is it's up to you. Does it do everything you want? Does something else do more? Do you need to use both?
That's on you man.

One way to compact it down. https://medium.com/@rahlquist/giving-hermes-an-efficient-soul-ae3103bf30f1?postPublishedType=repub

Use the list above as your guide, or look at docks for the go S read the comments about what Ethernet chip they use, find usb adapters that use the same. If you are on windows it will be easier for you. SteamOS once you find one you think you want, just google a bit and see if someone has posted about using one. The only other adapters I have picked up in the past year are https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F1FL1TF4?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_8
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DLPFB2M3?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_9&th=1

all 3 worked on go even if it wasn't what I intended to use them for. The last one is a power hog though.

Absolutely and there's many that'll work for this. I tested all the way up to a 10Gb per second adapter that worked.

OMG SHUTUPANDTAKEMYMONEY!
I have been grousing today, about how much better the speech to text on my oneplus 6t phone (8 years old) is than my 4x as expensive laptop. Wonder why we dont have an ability to take that 8y old phone, connect to laptop via usb or BT and just use it as a HID input device. Even with all the AI micro-recorders that do STT none of them (according to my own and AI searches) will work as an input device.
This seems perfect to bridge that gap. The killer part is the STT on this phone works offline.

Thank you, I was missing the tags and once I got that added in I managed to get the devices working.

Just so happens I have a video of that. https://youtube.com/shorts/Lcd2Z0D7kIY?feature=shared

Ideally this is what I would like, explicitly looks like views in unbound would be perfect, however, the documentation is poor, and the config files seem to have been moved several times so its very unclear where I need to add configs. I'm still digging.

I got this just a little bit ago. The sad part is obviously this has been an ongoing problem and Shopify hasn't done anything to correct it. So I went into my account, hit logout all devices, created a new passkey, removed any credit card information I could and will never spend another dime on Shop/Shopify. If they cant block this activity on their platform, they and their sellers cant have my business.

Glad you got it fixed. The other day I actually had two hatches from different companies habs facing each other, I opened the first, stepped in, and it closed behind me and neither would open from the inside LOL.

They do in part, but because of the massive volumes of heat, they also use evaporation systems that spray water on the heat radiating portions, which then evaporates the heat faster from the cooling system.
Why? Because its cheaper.

I mean my number one complaint is when bad weather starts to affect your health I'm like okay maybe you don't understand how a spacesuit works. As far as I know space suits aren't built with rebreathers or filtering systems or anything like that to let outside air in.

Do you think you could build u/flashy_joer or are you aware of, any mods that can repair broken ship designs?
Broken example, add a component, next thing you know all the door interconnects shift outside the body of the ship, or collisions fail in the ship so you fall through etc?
rahlquist
Very cool contribution. Thank you, there are so many broken quests... I just recently started a new playthrough for the latest DLC and having the pistol whip Delgado all the way to the door of the jail because he lost the ability to move on his own...

I use vmm daily on CachyOs to run 3 VMS for work each running their own VPN. Granted each of the VMS is another Linux distro but not Windows. Works spectacularly on my work laptop.

Actually they corrected that within a day or so, the person answering those questions, was unqualified to do so.

Could be a very high humidity area too like somewhere in the south Florida, Georgia the Carolinas where you can get enough condensation... Because that level of corrosion on something that's horizontal and completely covered well absolutely happen in an environment where the humidity through 30% of the year is well over 80% humidity.

I don't disagree with you, people often don't look into things and getting them to understand that what's been done to systemd it's just a totally unconnected unreferenced unaccessible data point at this point...
The thing most people don't realize either is even without this particular data point probably 95% of the time at least for home computers the big snooping companies can identify who's using the computer at the moment with just publicly accessible data and patterns. 🤷♂️

Because for many people, they are afraid to speak out against something that is being sold to the public as "for the protection of the children." It's a well known political ploy in the US. Another example that comes to mind was the Patriot act and the pseudoephedrine rider that was put there to keep people from complaining about it because if you complained about it you must be pro terrorist right?

Sorry was planning to run a fresh set of benchmarks but life has been crazy. In the past the UTP-8 edged out the Fehonda 15w by a small margin. But that was only a margin in temps, not in benchmarkable or playable difference, of less than 4%

On my Go 1 I replaced all pads with UTP-8. The APU got PTM7950 sheet
On my first Go S I replaced all pads with Fehonda pads. The APU got PTM7950 sheet
On my second Go S I replaced all pads with UTP-8. The APU got PTM7950 sheet
On my Go 2 I replaced all pads with Fehonda pads. The APU got PTM7950 sheet

On the pre-prod models, it doesn't matter what bios you try to go back to I even managed to get a hold of some early engineering biosis the problem is the firmware for the controller MCU. They made some changes in succession that can't be rolled back from and once you hit the ones that were in the public eye and apply them it's broken there's no going back. If one of these updates that were meant to be done in succession was skipped you're cooked.
If yours was a retail model and you can look up the serial number on lenovo's website then you might try to get the motherboard replaced under warranty if you still have any time left, even if you extended the warranty after your old one expired.

So my two cents on this I hope they don't because this is just a gateway to getting full on identification for every site you visit on the web. Why because marketers want to pay for that data and because if Linux has to support this it's going to cost them, and they're free so what will happen a lot of small distros will just dry up or they'll change your licensing to block states that require this information.
The government doesn't belong in my home in my computer in my life they work for me and they can fuck off.
But by encouraging things like this the governments are enabling even more strongly the subscription society because that will be the easiest model for Linux to adapt to be able to maintain the costs they need to incur to meet whatever new requirements come down the road in 6 months. I left California 23 years ago because even then it was becoming a nanny state where it wanted to control and make certain everybody did exactly what they wanted what they thought was right not what you thought was right as a human being.
And frankly if the US is not going to go after the real problem the pedophiles the groomers etc all this winds up becoming is a great big grocery shopping list to the first security hole that finds it.
At the end of the day this is all about the dollars, not the children. US lawmakers are very adept at crafting things in a manner that makes it sound like if you go against something they're proposing that you're the criminal, that you want to do the bad thing they're trying to preven, and unfortunately our sheeple society buys into it.
So my honest opinion every distro should just include a new licensing clause that omits use of their operating system in states where it is deemed illegal to own or use it if features are missing that are required by law.
And then it would be funny to watch California scramble as Linux became outlawed in California and all those AI data centers dried up. As the many people who code and support those operating systems on all those servers move to other states where they don't have restrictions.

People keep believing individual Lenovo employees that are not of any standing in the company it's a mistake get your knickers in a bunch and lo and behold..
wth when I tried earlier it returned nothing omg
