absolutely fucking not. I'm sorry but just no. Not only does sekiro have enemies that can actually block/dodge, but you have no I-frames. I've completed every soulsborne game on NG+7 (max NG) and done soul level 1 runs on all of them, but this game is just so much harder. My playstyle fits Sekiro more than any other I could have (I literally used a katana, maxed dex out, and played super aggressively) and it's still kicking my ass. While some aspects like parrying are easier, the enemies in Sekiro and lack of one size fits all tactics (such as rolling) make it so much harder.
Edit: also, you go down in 3 hits max, AT ALL TIMES, I've had more hits on soul level 1 runs
