Since MASH units were still in limited usage until late 2006 (when the 212th transitioned to a Combat Support Hospital, CSH), it would've most likely been deployed to a different part of SE Asia.

It's an old PS2 game, but the emulators and ROMs are out there. NASCAR: Dirt to Daytona sounds sorta like what you're angling for.

You start in a Late Model dirt track car, then work your way up to the Modified series, then to the (then) Craftsman Truck Series, and finally to the Cup Series.

You can keep active in all the series, but will have times where you have to choose between two events that occur at the same time (e.g. a Late Model and Truck race on the same Saturday).

I never played the Non-DC version. But as I understand it, there were a number of QOL improvements and additions.

One that I do know that's new is a road loop from just outside of Lake Knot around past the incenerator, the Mountain DC, and Mountain Knot back around to the DC South of Lake Knot.
