personally, id say yes cause death nova is a pain in the ass to cast and just not fun at all. heroes are much better of keeping track of death novas on minions. downside might be that they sometimes can be too busy to do anything else, i think.

In 5e, for me, power should be way higher across the board, because i think rocket rag is the ideal state for D&D combat.
