That was Low Kis excuse to why New Japan stopped using him. But the reason that the New Japan and other news podcasters said they were given was that New Japan specifically told him not to wear the Hitman cosplay at Wrestle Kingdom and he did it anyway.

I mean if he was a top guy he have been suspended instead so him sucking did give him way less leeway to fuck up. But yes dojo graduates usually got a job for as long as they can wrestle even if they suck. At worse they might get less bookings, or not get pushed or not get raises but the guys who really suck are never going to quit.

Wrestle Dynasty

They are disappointing numbers but at the same time New Japan are running more Korakuens this year so far. Plus post pandemic to draw in Korakuen they were really relying on gimmick shows (Hiromu, Despy, Ishimori, HoT produce shows, Shinnichi produce show) instead of just standard Road tos which I imagine are more expensive to run. This year they haven't done one yet and the first produce is next month.

To this point of the year

Mind you pre pandemic in 2019 they ran like around 40 Korakuen dates. They had been at like ~25 a year the past couple of years post pandemic and they will probably be >30 this year.

If it's a real injury the ring doctor Hayashi (grumpy old man sat ringside) will attend to the wrestler. If it is a worked injury he never gets involved and usually the young lions and/or trainer Misawa will attend to the wrestler.

It was Milano Collection A.T on commentary hyping up Ospreay after a match.

NJPW loved Ricochet and would have pushed him to the moon if he wasn't so dead set on going to the WWE once his Lucha Underground contract was up/dealt with.

He was also 27 about to turn 28.

Nagai isn't graduated, they basically still treat him as a young boy.

I imagine they send out Yasuda in the New Year. After New Years Dash or after Fantasticamania if he is going to Mexico would be my guesses.

In terms of his age it isn't a big deal. Yuto-Ice was around 27 when he was sent out and look at him now. El Desparado was sent out I think at 28.

Can you please update them in old reddit too?

TIL he is only 47, I thought he was in his 60s.

No that was to prevent flooding in the Port Lands. The DVP is on a floodplain. The only way to prevent this is to elevate it.

We definitely got money again.

The Inoki AI stuff is by his brother Keisuke Inoki and Inoki Genome Federation.

Yujiro's body has been completely shot since like 2012/13. He also was never a great singles wrestler, but he was fun in tag team/multimen matches where he would do cool suplexs on much bigger guys. Once his shoulders and hips went he can't really do anything and moved around the ring like an elderly man. I remember his NEVER title reign where he couldn't do his regular moves and almost dropped Ishii on his head.

Shinjuku FACE isn't a building. The people who run FACE leased the top floor of a 7 floor building and made it into a great little wrestling venue with a permanent ring and a prime location. It is closing down because they learned from the buildings owners that when their lease expires it won't be renewed.

I don't think it has come out why but most people assume either the building itself will be renovated or demolished.

Not this stupid twitter nostalgia slop.

People complained in 2014 too.

I mean if the NJPW doctors won't clear him, they won't clear him. The guy had a subdural hematoma in their ring and almost died.

Ren Narita match at Wrestle Kingdom that was suppose to be an exhibition like the Sabre match but Shibata went into business for himself and turned it into a singles match.

Our President is eating well.

He is also on a great contract.

Nah you are confusing the fact that the WHL rules let 15 year old players play a max of 10 games. Catton played 9 games his 15 year old season. Dupont played 64 games his 15 year old season.

No almost 8000 less. Wrestle Dynasty - 16,300. Wrestle Kingdom 19 - 24,107.

You know what nevermind you have a bot name and a hidden history, I have no desire to engage with you further.

Wow a Korakuen themed show sold out. How about EVIL flopping against SANADA or Moxley or last G-1.

Douki has flopped as well other then the match against YOH.

Narita is the only one you can say draws fine.
