Ok I’m a HC IT PM. I have worked on a wide range of projects in my career of over 25 years. Some include financial systems, data warehouses, reporting, infrastructure, hvac systems, networking, electronic medical records systems and some applications development. I’ve been lucky in that respect. I think if you want to enter this industry it might be easier to find a similar technology to specialize in and leverage that experience to get a similar HC IT PM role. Hospital groups and large medical groups are great targets. You can move around easier once you get in.
Yep, I'm 56 and I can easily knock out 40 in a row. I normally do reps of 20 at a time. I also do pull ups and bar dips. I recommend getting a tower of power and use it to keep up with the body weight exercises. Don't for get legs too! Just start off slow and do repetitions of say 10 at a time and grow from there. Just don't stop because that's the trap. You get weak again.
