Teenagers sometimes make unwise decisions. But most don't join a psychopathic death cult with aspirations to conquer the world.
She know what sort of people ISIS were -- their own propaganda exults in how evil they are -- and she made a decision that the vast majority of people would realise is both seriously unwise and seriously morally lacking.

It's a really weird situation that the anti-Semitism is hotly fueled by two opposing sides: immigrants and anti-immigrants.
In both cases it's people with xenophobic tendencies.

Because she wants to make future jihadist fighters.
If she is allowed to return here and bring up her kid, she will teach it to hate Britain.
She is a traitor. She shouldn't be helped to return here, and if she does return anyway, should be banged up and held incommunicado for the rest of her life (so she can't spread her poison to others).

The Fediverse.
It's a federation of websites that all communicate with each other. Imagine Facebook and Twitter combined, but made up of lots of independent websites, running open source software, with no big corporation in control of it all.
Like the internet was 15 years ago.

In 2017, the Labour vote went up in the polls from 25% to 40% during the campaigning period.
There may well be big shifts in the polls if an election is called now; though I've no idea which way they'd go. Quite possibly the SNP would do as well as they did in 2015, or even better,

What's the difference?

That worked really well for her last time.

The Conservatives are probably fucked anyway as soon as the economic repercussions of Brexit start to bite.
For the same reason, Corbyn is daft to want an election now. YouGov says he'd lose seats. But after a chaotic Brexit, the Tories will not only be the Nasty Party, they'll also be the Grossly Incompetent Party, and about as electable as they were in 1997.

If they outright promised a second referendum and would go into coalition only if a second referendum were included in the coalition agreement,
Assuming people believed their promises.

That may well be the case -- it would take experimentation to decide which incentive schemes work best.

If you tied the rewards, not on an individual basis, but to how everyone in the same class did, that would introduce social pressure where the kids incentivise each other to behave.

Tkinter is (I think) avaiable on most Python installations.

It depends what you're interested in.
Interested in games? Use pygame to build a game.
Interested in web development? Use Django or Flask and build a web site.
Of course. The Nuremburg defendants were german and couldn't be guilty of treason against Britain, since they owned no alliegance to Britain.
