Installer is a moron. Pressure on only the corners will lead to it breaking on those points eventually. Possibly not in the timeframe you still have the car but I hope this was something you can go back to and get a refund to go to a place that is not staffed by idiots.

When you open them up to control, it has to download the user interface for your lights, I find that when I am on my 2.4GHz wifi which is massivly slow, this will often fail. Move to cellular or 5Ghz and they load after a few seconds and work ok. They do not seem to get cached very well in the app.

Try cellular as it could just be that your home IP cant get to them.

Makes me wish for some exploding shoes to get left out now.

More sensible snap points and some better geometry options than either pointing and hoping a green target thing appears or esoteric glitch building would be what I want to see. If people are resorting to blender to position things that shows how dire the in game base and ship tools are.

This is how I found some of mine done at home (but it predated the need to not use green so was more confusing) - I made the main switch a smart one and used the former-traveller cables to take a permanant feed to the other switch which I also put a smart switch in, and used the extra buttons on the smart switches to control each other thru the app.

Others had a mess of several twin and earths between muliple swithces with lignts coming off at each of them and intermediate mechs in the inbetween plates. That was hell to work out with all the blacks and greens doing duty as lives and no red sleeving in most places. Was so glad to have sorted that mess out.
