With flip flops

Couldn’t agree more. After 2024 we thought he was about to enter the very top tier with the big four QBs. He’s clearly not there yet, and it turns out he may never quite get there.

BUT he still has all the tools to be a consistent top 10 QB, which is awesome and all you need. He just needs a slightly better supporting cast and better coaching around him. If he had those we’d at least be 3-3 right now.

If you think Virginia isn’t southern you just haven’t spent much time outside nova.

Why did Blough take so long to get the play call in? And why did he call a shot to the end zone from under center against a heavy blitz with no receivers split out wide? (Doubt)

Jayden’s not blameless but the whole sequence made no sense and that’s on coaching. And Blough’s an inexperienced first-time play caller. Quinn should’ve been all over this situation.

Edit: omg it’s worse than I thought - we had 1 WR on the field on that last play and it was fucking Burks. It was a 3 TE set. But all routes or releases. Supposed to look like we’re running to set up the kick, but actually taking an end zone shot. Blough got too cute and took too long doing it. Then Jayden lost track of time.

Scott Allen is a national treasure. That accent.

Best: Klay Kubiak, Declan Doyle, Grant Udinski

Others: Brad Idzik, Press Taylor, Nathan Scheelchase

Season’s first Ovi and Kyrou goals are nice palate cleansers

Must’ve thought we had a third timeout in OT. But overall it’s on the coaches. Terrible game management.

No, a spike would’ve been on the prior play. There was not enough time for a run play.

Lol Tress confusing the refs again

How do we not at least get close on a deep ball against like three straight zero blitzes? Where’s that MNF Bengals play?

Wow Jason Candle totally forgot about. Giving me 2000s internet flashbacks

O!

Antonio’s gonna be on all the waiver wire articles next week

Didn’t we have Ilya on the wing during his call-up too? I feel like it takes more time to acclimate to the big league when playing C compared to other positions.

If you liked Buehlman you have to read Between Two Fires! By far his best imo and just a really fun, interesting book.

Just google “caps lines” and the first link Daily Faceoff always has it up to date on game days

Right, but this is part of why you need a penalty for empty storefronts - to offset these considerations

There’s a joke in there somewhere about Chychrun’s battery dying and his fear of sitting on an electric car battery

Please tell me Caps looked good cause this Commies season is another heartbreaker

Absolutely not lol MD drivers are dramatically worse on a consistent basis than DC, VA, and any other state drivers.

He’s also out - I think hand, foot, and rib injuries.

That’s the entire course?? I assumed these things would actually cover a bit of distance.  I’ll never understand how people get into these loud-cars-go-round “sports.”

Bigger news than Mikey in my mind. If Bill can be a more complete back, he could be nasty. Last year he was pretty situationally limited. Also having two do-it-all backs in him and Rachaad would provide a ton of flexibility.
