NJ Ezpass sold their customer service to the singapore government so now the service is the worst in the world, I have had many issues with them over the past year, their ancient toll plaza system will sometimes decide to just not work, I received a violation on my account but the violation was I guess orphaned in the database since it didn’t show up on my account so I couldn’t even dispute. Anyway it took me 5-7 hours to get someone to let me pay the toll. If they send to their “collections” agency for the absurd “administrative” fees just don’t bother, they don’t report to the credit bureau so you should be fine

While I do not think jude is the guy, yesterday also had some horrible snaps which led to a bad hold and a bad kick, especially on that first missed xp, the snap almost hit the ground before it made it to the holder, seems the while kicking unit is having issues.
