Dick Head Head.

Buddy, it’s my opinion, nothing to be confused about. You are confused because my opinion doesn’t match yours. Just go and enjoy it according to your tastes.

Just listen to it 🤷‍♂️

Valuum is just an album of Heavy Petting Zoo B-sides anyway.

Hi bro. It might help a little if you can tell us your goals, target race distance, current PB’s, any other detail. Cheers.

Honest advice is the best advice.

You are a solid gold dickhead.

The Decline. A zenith, they reached perfection.

Anything after that was just a Nofx cover band.

Open to shipping outside US?

Additional: Some time ago I saw a recap on youtube - apparently some of the live commentary got so tense that HBO permanently erased the audio from their records.

When does the take arrive?

Correction: the worst 2 logos

I wanna know why Albo ruined a perfectly good road by putting the traffic light at Coffs Harbour. IT COULD HAVE KEPT GOING.

Hi, do you know if the watch has undergone any polishing? Thanks

A Squale and a Ball had a lovechild, they called it the Biscay.

(Also, black bay is the shittest watch in history).

100% right. I get better treatment as a non-member anyway.

Any reason why I should stop using booking.com when the prices are 40% cheaper despite being a Hilton member?

Got me... out by 60 seconds

Yes, agree on all points.

I'm a Hilton member so honestly it really bugs me that joe on the street can get it cheaper through booking.com.

Yes

If HR isn't a good indicator of effort/demand, the other main indicators are blood lactate and ventilatory threshold.

If HR is bouncing around unrelated to effort stimulus, blood lactate could be an option to zero in on exactly how much your body is reacting to the stimulus. You might only need to do this once just to confirm that your target paces are in the right intensity level.

Ventilatory thresholds often track closely to LT1/2. I think of these like "observable RPE". However If I had to make a guess your bouncing HR/blood pressure might be causing shifts in breathing rate so this might not be accurate.

Hope that helps.

Calculate your NSM interval paces here using your 5k max effort result:

https://lactrace.com/norwegian-singles

Something doesn't add up in your numbers - 5:14 pace for a 5k (22:15 total), but having trouble holding 5:20km pace for intervals. What information are we leaving out there?

You are a fucking idiot

God bless you, but you gotta get that schedule sorted. On the road no later than 6, indoors no later than 8:30.
