The story is on par with Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, but I think everyone should give it a chance. I think the story has something for everyone.

For the wraith, you have to cast the magic trap spell Yrden. The spell forces the wraith into a physical solid form while it is inside the magic circle. When you run into an enemy, that you are having trouble with. Check out the bestiary for tips on how to beat it. Good luck and hope you are enjoying the game better than I am

At what point did you get hooked? I’m playing for the first time and don’t feel crazy hooked or pulled into the game. It’s not terrible for my any means but I’m not as drawn into the game as I’d thought i would be. I’m in Velen. Started the baron quest, which sounded pretty interesting but then I started doing side quests close to my level.

I know you asked for 2 player games and mentioned your PC but I’ve played had a blast playing Ring Fit Adventure with my 6 yo old on the Nintendo Switch. Sometimes she’ll do the running and I’ll do the exercises. Sometimes days she’ll just want to do the running and exercise. She gets super excited whenever she unlocks a new exercise. Wish they had a part 2.

I think I found a new rest stop for my 18 wheeler 😅

Final Fantasy Resonance is the game for you especially since you’re a FF fan. It has final fantasy characters from FF1 - FF15 and maybe even 16? It doesn’t release until 10/22, but there is a like a 5 hour demo available. Check it out!
