Just a heads up, I started two seeds that I use on PC on the switch 2 and both have major changes where I built on PC. Not sure if that is something with the switch 2 but I will have to choose two different base locations on each world cause the differences are so large. Like 3 massive canyons where once used to be a solid ground sorta flat island, the infill would take weeks.

I cannot say enough how much I enjoy this game. This update is fantastic. Woke up this morning excited to see how my miner played out last night, made some good money!

Do you guys have any plans to port this to Apple silicon?

I never said that thou. Standing in one area talking, then moving 15 feet to the left, talk some more, move to a portal, talk some more, stand in a circle and TALK A LOT, then move 10' to the right and talk some more, hey we moved to the new area, talk some more. LOOK A MAP!!! Talk about said map. All of this within one hour is boring AF.

Yea like spending at least a year doing the loop of shame only to watch one YouTube video that said “when coming up on your target, always fly 75% speed. You will never loop shame again.” This changed everything. Damn I felt stupid AF for at least a couple weeks. Good times.

I'm not sure if this was posted correctly, 1st time posting something like this. I am working with a software called Flixel that I won at a photography class in 2015. This was my 1st test with the software and I thought it came out decent for as simple as it is. I hope to make much more complex cinemagraphs, though this feels limited, may have to brach out or try using Adobe. I also just found out through a bot that the file size is to big. Would someone help with pointing on how to go about this the correct way.

The work that is posted here is simply amazing, and to all creators, please keep it up. You inspire more than you know!

Look at the lighting on her face, it's almost to harsh. Between her eyebrows and on her right cheek. Almost like her makeup is too much as well. Can you soften this a bit in post?

Where did you get the inspiration for the soundtrack. As much as I love the game at home, the soundtrack has been on repeat most of the day at work. This is now a daily playlist for me to go to when I need to focus in.

I still use my macbook for a lot of things, so I can't say for sure what it is that I miss. But comparing the two I can say that I miss MacOS every time I use the SB2 and when I use my Mac, I miss Windows 10. I feel that photoshop and lightroom work far better on the mac but I can't play games (very well) on it. But mainly silly things. I love unlocking my mac with my watch, I love unlocking windows with my face (works so good). Whatever one can't do, the other can.

No problem, congrats on getting your SB2. I'm head over heels with the machine. I'm a mac person that decided to give this thing a shot. Glad I did. It's a beast. Keyboard feels amazing, battery life is amazing, photo editing is amazing. Plus, 1060... just amazing all around. Price sucks though.

So I just booted it up on the 15". Initial start up (1st time playing after install) was a slow process due to the shaders loading(2:30 mins), the 1st time I played the game had the FPS locked to 30 FPS. The blur effect when turning is horrid.

The 2nd time I booted, the loading time was 43 seconds. I also increased the FPS limit to 60 and was impressed to see it hold mostly at 60 FPS, though had several drops when turning. This was all tested with the standard graphics settings that the game boots with and with limited time due to being at work. I've listed below what they are. I'm not good at posting so please excuse the layout.

Fullscreen. 1920x1080. V sync - on. Anti Aliasing - TAA. Texture detail - high. Shadow and Reflection - med. Light shafts - off.

I also ran the game is low power mode/battery saver, still playable but you can tell it was struggling. I bumped the surface book 2 up to performance mode and was saw huge improvements, as to be expected.

I would like to warn you though, the fans on performance mode kicked on and went crazy! Louder than I have ever heard before with any other games. I do lite gaming on this and have only tried a few games (fortnite, dead cells, ESO, torchlight) and none of them have kicked the fans on like this game. I'm sure that if I turned some setting down I might see/hear it differently. But damn...

I'm looking forward to tweaking the settings later tonight given I have free time, and if I have a chance will report back tomorrow.

As far as worth buying, I would say yes. I played day one release and loved it(one of the few), this game just keeps getting better and better.

I noticed that when the guy came into the room with the Vault Boy figure, he flipped a 'switch' to turn it on before he put it down..
