The sheet between your body and the duvet is called the top sheet and it's purpose is to keep the duvet clean longer. It's especially useful with comforters which are heavier and warm like a duvet but do not have a removable cover to wash. You have to wash the whole comforter which requires an extra large washing machine, depending on the size and weight of it. Plus, when you get hot you can throw aside the duvet/comforter but still be covered by the thin top sheet.

My daughter's 4 year old has a mullet. I hate mullets (80s fault). I keep my mouth shut because he's not my kid and he's adorable no matter what his hair looks like.

This was my first thought! Lol

Holy f. You're missing the whole point that sometimes affordable options do not exist. This is not about men or women or height or scents, those are to show examples of how that can be.

sarcasm-rules

This is a valid statement and I concur! 😁

I never said what men smelled like naturally, but I would assume naturally, they smell a bit like sweat. You suggested sandalwood as a natural scent. I also didn't say whether or not men liked the scents offered to them, just that they are made with the assumption that men like those scents and that I don't care for them. Fragrance is very subjective and everyone would have an opinion on what smells truly unisex, masculine or feminine. As for your car analogy, you also don't always have an affordable option. Someone who is 6ft 10in tall may want the more affordable Kia but has to get a larger (probably more expensive) vehicle needed to suit his size. It's not about want, it's about the availability of affordable options.

If you work with numbers on paper or are into puzzles like crosswords or sudoku, you're probably using a pencil more than others. Unless you've discovered erasable pens.

There isn't always a suitable choice though. Men's products are often scented to appeal to men. I would not wear men's fragrances either as they are not how I want to smell, even though I like them on men. That being said, many fragrances are being touted as unisex, but even those often lean to one side. Not all products have unscented options and if they do, sometimes they cost more because it's a "specialty" product.

There's even a price difference between women's regular sizes and plus sizes. Usually around 3-4 dollars. Which makes no sense because the amount of materials (cloth/thread) used to make a size small into an extra-large (which is still considered regular sizing) is a lot more than making an extra-large into 1x or 2x. If they want to base pricing on size, then every size should increase in price as the sizes increase, with extra-small being the least expensive. But nope, only the chubby ones pay more. I'm not sure if this happens with men's clothing but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't. If it does, that not right either. It's akin to fat-shaming.

Although no longer developing (growing), breasts can grow larger due to weight gain or pregnancy. I've experienced both. 😳

I'll stick with cats. I couldn't afford to feed or create an enrichment area for a large carnivorous animal. Plus, I can get cat food at the store and don't need to source and feed raw animal parts. Not to mention cleaning up after the animal; a litter box suits me just fine. If I had to choose an herbivore, it would be a horse. Been there, done that. Also expensive to maintain; feed, vet, farrier every 6 weeks and all the tack needed to ride. And they're not great house pets. 😅

I also love the 2008 Sense and Sensibility!

Lol. The only person who enjoys her playing and singing is Mrs. Bennett. Which is true to how mothers feel about their children's accomplishments. I love seeing everyone's reactions, especially Elizabeth's when Mary starts a second song. 😅

Ah, yes. That happened to one of my comments. I didn't even know I had to do that, it just let me respond. You'd think it would take you to the rules after trying to enter the comment so you can actually comment. 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for sharing! It's interesting how there can be multiple interpretations the character. Can you imagine trying to figure him out in person like Elizabeth attempts while they're dancing? I think everyone is a little insecure. A 100% secure person would not find it difficult to speak with people he doesn't know.

sarcasm-rules

Lol. I didn't even notice that.

sarcasm-rules

I'll be sure to watch for that. Thanks!

He would love to open the window and escape. Lol.

Yes! Agree 100%. Awkward silence speaks volumes. I saw one creator on another platform critiquing scenes and she joked that Darcy always goes to a fireplace for emotional support. 😅

Learn your new body shape and try to wear cuts that compliment it. I'm 5'4", also chubby, have a short waist and huge boobs. All my weight is carried between the center of my hip (I have a flat lower butt, how did that happen?) and my neck. I wear v-neck tops with a length that ends just below my crotch (28-30 inches in length) to lengthen my torso. I don't wear tight fitting tops because I feel like my boobs are too on dispIay (and I'm not young anymore, nobody wants to see that). I avoid skinny jeans/pants/leggings because I look like an apple on a stick if I wear them. Bootcut balances my top and bottom parts but I mostly wear straight cut because bootcut isn't too popular right now. They look okay too. It's trial and error and internet research can help. Mostly, keep in mind that people are self-absorbed and don't look at or think about you as much as you think they do, so wear what makes you feel best!

Once you get rid of the bean bag chair, shuffle the couch beside it over, then move the other couch towards the center of the room. Behind that couch is now your appliance area (freezer and dryer). When not in use, you can conceal them under a decorative throw, or there are decorative adhesive coverings on Amazon that you can apply to the dryer. If the adhesive is removable, you can do the freezer too.

I watched the 2005 version once long before I became enamored by the 1995 version, though I had seen it (I was late discovering Jane Austen). I did not like the movie. Keira Knightly seemed too modern and I do not find Matthew MacFadyen even a tiny bit attractive (apologies to those who do). It left so little an impression upon me that don't even remember the other actors. I won't watch another version again as there is no improving what I consider perfection. I am a 1995 adaptation loyalist. 😅

If he's been like this since he was young, there may be underlying reasons. I was very much like him from the ages of 7 to 18. The more my parents tried to urge me or punish me, the worse I got. I was stubborn and defiant; if you called me lazy, I'd show you how lazy I can be. Almost every report card from school said the same things: needs to focus, intelligent and has potential but no ambition to try, doesn't apply themself, refuses to do certain assignments/tasks, and a few more. I despised school. I managed to graduate and have a "normal" life. I married and had kids but internally, I was always struggling. Could not stay at a job for more than 2 years, I either self-sabotaged and was dismissed or I quit to find another job. My last job had several different tasks and varied day to day, I managed to stay there for 18 years because I never got bored. Diagnosed with depression at age 24, antidepressants literally saved my life. Diagnosed with ADHD at age 59. Took my first dose of meds and cried because of how calm my brain felt and for the loss of what I may have been like and accomplished if diagnosed and treated when I was a child. I'm not implying your son has any of these conditions, but it may be worth thinking about. I wish all the best for you and your son.

Aside from Mary's contributions. 😅
