Yep yep, ADWD is low key my favorite book in the series, and I'm someone that hates cliffhanger endings. The book is a great middle/set up book, but with no payoff it feels so bad. I love the series for what it is, and recently even started another re-read, but I really wish GRRM would give us some payoff for ADWD even if he has to split TWOW into two books. It's kind of unbelievable how much was being set up without any closure.
