They didn't contribute to their 401(k) even though their employer matched. They lost out of free money!

/r/politics . It's certainly not neutral now.

About tax brackets. I do over two hundred tax returns each year for extra money on the side, and it just amazes me how little most people know about taxes. And also how few people take advantage of matching funds for 401(k)'s. Just this morning found out my best friend wasn't contributing to hers even though her company matches. She's worked there for over fifteen years and missed out on so much free money.

I did more stock due diligence. Up $730 today and just started buying this month. The hundreds of hours of research is paying off. I've spent over forty years learning accounting, taxes, and finance, so it's good to finally be able to make money for myself instead of for someone else.

And I love my American health care since I can afford it. I've gotten what I need quickly including open heart surgery the next day after a heart cath showed I needed it while my best friend from high school that moved to Vancouver, BC had to wait almost sixteen months for hers. Her doctor said she was basically walking around with a loaded gun pointed to the back of her head those sixteen months. Scary.

People never learn. Almost 30 years ago friends used to repost the $1,000 check from Bill Gates thing. It was a newer version of chain letters. Nothing is new.

Every time someone says something about something being the worst, I have to add "worse so far."

Same here or stitches either. Had open heart surgery, and they used glue so still haven't had stitches.

Rolling Stones Out of Our Heads with the bad haircuts. I played the hell out of that record, but surprisingly, it still sounds pretty good.

She'a a security guard at work, and we require masks so she takes that requirement literally. No cloth masks or other face coverings. Also she judges how you wear your mask and if there's any openings at the top. I always wear an N95, but she even calls me out sometimes. Her nametag is K Williams. We don't know if the K stands for Karen. I should ask our building manager if it does. No way I would ask her directly since I wouldn't want to offend her.

The taco truck near where I live and the great Mexican place across from where I work both overfill their burritos nicely so much that I open them and eat much of the contents with a fork before folding them back up and eating the rest. They're so great.

Flight of the Bumblebee. The CFO had it on in the background as he was announcing our bonuses for the year. Was hugely over the top, especially at 5am in the morning. I loved how preposterous it was. Last year he played the theme from 2001 and had the page change in the presentation synced to the da da da da dun. BA BAHHHHHHHHHHH bububububuhhhhhhh!

All three are very good. Long term I suggest not working in new construction since that's back breaking, and you don't see many guys over forty doing it, but learning how to do things from the literal ground up is best. I first worked on environmental control system circuit boards for a living before I latter got much more experience with HVAC, so it was hard when I didn't understand the basics. I've had about five other different careers since then, but I still liked working on electrical/HVAC since it was nice when you make things work.

Stay here, because I obviously have. I've had a couple of chances to move to Richmond, BC for higher pay jobs, but I decided not to.

How much more we pay for Internet. With tech getting cheaper, that would be surprising that we pay more. I paid $19.95 or less a month for over a decade. Now I'm paying $80 a month with Comcast.

The start of Seattle grunge.

The amount of money in my bank accounts. I had a heart attack, and then I realized other things were more important.
se4tt13
After I had two heart attacks and open heart surgery, a lot. Especially when I can't sleep.

A hamburger. I try to cook the patty just perfectly and the bun too and use just the right cheese which is usually Tillamook chedder.

Hardee's since they have the best breakfast biscuits and burgers for lunch an dinner.

Me here in Seattle with a studio I paid $15k for that I sold for $75k. It's now worth several times that.

The first three letters of funeral are fun.

It wasn't motivation. I just got older and started waking up at 4am.

The Andy Griffith Show and then later Gomer Pyle.
Sucks since that means even more business for newegg.com.
