My friend teaches dog training courses. One of the kids taking her course is celiac and he kept getting glutenated. Turned out to be from the dog treats he was using. You are trying to make new habits. Start by making your bed. Everyday make your bed.

I have daily chores that must be done. Don't go to bed with dishes in the sink. When I do the dishes I also wipe the stove and sweep the floor. I made little rules for myself so that things stay generally clean.

I divide my house into rooms or zones. Every week I give one zone a good cleaning. If I am short on motivation I will set a timer for 15 minutes and tackle what ever mess has gotten out of hand. It's really easy to get overwhelmed and do nothing. I also have a donate box. I toss things in it that I no longer use or want. Sometimes the problem is you just have too much stuff.

120 gallon tank could weight as much as 2000lbs. The problem here might be the floor isn't reinforced for all that weight. People who don't keep aquariums don't realize how heavy they can be. The landlord may have realized how much weight is on the floor and had second thoughts. Most houses and apartments can not handle the weight of a 120 gallon fish tank without special reinforcement. If that is the case it's a safety issue and different rules may apply.

USD is based in Vermillion and there are some very cool old buildings here. There is also the Baptist church on main street that is made of Sioux Quartzite. I just love those old buildings. I am glad someone else likes them too.

If you like Sioux Quartzite buildings there are some nice buildings at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. And the main street of Pipestone is really wonderful too. There are some really cool buildings all over that town.
