Yes you are mate.

Is his RT4K gold plated? They are much cheaper than that.

You can get the STL files here.

I've used a 0.2mm nozzle and halved the speed compared to the default settings. I don't remember how long exactly it took, multiple hours per half anyway.

shpongo

Sure, I'll PM them to you. There's a few things I'd like to change for next year, so I don't really want to publicise the files yet.

Edit: I've uploaded the files here.

Sadly my printer cannot print chocolate xD

I did something similar in 2016, here's an image of one printed. It was based on another reddit post of a user who made similar looking posters.

Wow, a reply on a 7 year old comment!

Yeah, I managed to get it signed by Dan the Automator. I believe this was my first signed record :)

More importantly, we can see our own shadow.

I've printed a prototype of my Corne case design just a few days ago, the trick is to look into:

  • Monotonic Ordering
  • Ironing

in your Cura settings. Do some Google searches and read about other people's recommended settings. Here's two images of my print. No sanding or any type of post processing was done.

Edit: That's PLA, btw.

I've ordered these exact same kickstands as well! Planning on integrating them in my case design so that it doesn't add as much height to it since I'm planning to have the battery at the bottom of the case anyway.

It's looking really well, good to see that the angles are nice.

Thank you for keeping this post up to date, I'm planning on making a wireless corne soon and will use your fork for the PCB.

There's a section in The Clean Coder about time estimation. The technique mentioned there is called PERT.

Relatively speaking 475 is a very good price, my local game shop will take this for 600 if I bring it in tomorrow.

Retro game collecting is simply not a cheap hobby, which is fine, hobbies are allowed to cost money. Even still, i doubt any collector will lose money when they decide to sell everything in an x amount of years when they no longer enjoy it or require space.

Thanks! I'm going to RGB mod it and connect it to my ossc. Paper Mario will be played first :P

shpongo

I'm really looking forward to playing it, it'll be my first Paper Mario game.

I paid €475 for the lot. The Smoke N64 is in mint condition, which is the main reason why I went for it.

It's like you stole my PC, except for the GPU. I have the V1 of the Dan A4, sadly doesn't have room for the second bottom fan.

A big help for me was running lots of cables between the front panel and the case, where you'd normally stick your SSD. Even the front USB managed to just make it through there.

Thanks a lot man, that's a great list of references, highly appreciated.

Thank you!

Thanks!

Awesome, I can fly right over when you send me a code :D
