I really don't understand the doubt about this.

Cryogenic propellents were successfully transferred within Starship during a test flights over a year ago. Transfer of propellent between spacecraft has been done for decades. But everyone here is acting like it's FTL or something.

And yeah, there is no route for NASA landing people on the Moon for the next decade without using cryogenic propellents.

sicktaker2

I personally love mine. Only premium I've three marked.

Cheap mass to orbit is actually how you make Iridium even more capable and profitable.

sicktaker2

I'm sorry, but a smaller lunar lander than Blue Moon Mk1 a decade from now is not worth seats on an Artemis mission.

Japan is building a pressurized rover and Italy is making a base module, both of which seem like fair trades for a seat or two.

The thing is that doing more than "flags and footprints 2.0" requires multiple refueling missions no matter how you slice it. And while rapid reuse is probably going to take time to dial in, launching 15 times even if you just reuse 3 superheavies and 5 tankers isn't that much of a leap over launching 5 times with New Glenn and expending a second stage each time.

No matter how you cut it, Artemis needs orbital refueling to be figured out sooner rather than later, and Starship is going to have 5 working pads and 2 factories by 2029. So launching 15 times in a pretty quick turnaround is going to be very doable.

Come to think of it changing the text to

Tarot and planet cards generated by hands are negative. Negative Tarot and planet cards generated may appear multiple times

Should have the intended balancing.

My understanding was that duplicates of cards purchased with Showman would still show up even if you sold showman. Basically that the purchase of a duplicate card while showman was present (and sale of the original) meant that a duplicate of that card could appear in the shop.

From the wiki

If players has Showman and manages to find another copy of their desired Joker (example, a second Blueprint Blueprint while already holding a Blueprint in their Joker lineup, selling it and buying the copy will allow said Joker to be found again in later shop without needing to have Showman. This is presumably a bug.

This card would basically make that potential showman "bug" a part of its balancing.

Wait, does that mean multiple Chicots make The Ox double your money if you play your most played hand?

Sorry, wrong kind of fusion for this subreddit.

Tumor board discussions at my hospital where liver met resections are ruled out because they would have to be the entire liver are jokingly called a "Florida splenectomy".

I recently had a brand new lymphocytosis of 50k. Check, no history of CLL. Patient is a population at high risk of getting lost to care in my system, so I start looking to rope in Heme/onc to make sure he doesn't fall through the cracks.

Look up the provider to email them... and it's the same name as the patient. Look in the chart, and it's documented that they received the critical result call FOR THEMSELVES.

The thing is that I can post it to a few likes and far less hassle on Twitter. In the past I've thought that posts like this to specific interest groups were worth submitting here on Reddit, but your mod team has helped convince me that it's just not worth having to explain every joke to the mods.

sicktaker2

As far as I can tell, I can't retroactively add such text to the post. The joke would not work well told a second time with an entire verbose paragraph meant to spell out the meaning.

The backing text is the title, utilizing people's assumed familiarity with the series finale of Star Trek: The Next Generation where Q takes Picard back to the origin of life on Earth. The director chose to use a shot meant to represent the view from the puddle to highlight the viewer's own connection to the life originating in this puddle. The title of this post uses the director's choice to emphasize our view as part of life on Earth to humorous effect by asking users to actually imagine how they would feel as said first life on Earth.

There is notable effort in this post, just like the director's specific choice of that shot.

sicktaker2

Why is this considered low effort?

It's not a good day when I have to do one, especially since I have had a couple kids of my own. I just wind up trying to focus on getting answers for the grieving family.

Pathology

Best: sit in my office, drinking coffee and looking at cases. Can take a minute to think.

Worst: fetopsies.
