If they aren't saved on the phone itself they are gone. What you are seeing is likely just a cached thumbnail of the picture/video, not an actual copy of the file itself.

That's Google Play Games.

How attached are you to the Google password manager? I use Bitwarden and it can handle multiple accounts for the same site/app without issue.
