I'd sell Inq atm as its not going to hold its value once TFA dies down. Shadow is pretty useful at a lot of content but it just depends what you wanna do.

Maggot King / Doom shadow is kinda useless.

But if you're going to do GWD/slayer bosses or Chambers/ToA then shadow is pretty good for the price atm

Just spent a week in HCM and 5 days in Da Nang. Didn't experience any raids or police activity and we were out from 10pm-6am most nights.

The clubs have been pretty quiet though admittedly, certain locations do still do balloons but for insane prices and only sell to select people.

Check the settings on the Sailing plugin, it makes all cargo boxes yellow. Disable that

If you played right 2nd phase shield would be literally nothing, because as mentioned the thrall would.move the arcane, you swarm as normal then deal with the scarab.

I also exclusively solo, so no idea how it'd affect team raids

For some reason when I use this, and the window fills with chat, it doesn't scroll down to show the rest of chat instead just remains full of old chat.

The attack speed buff forces you to kill the cannon, so it's less about stopping the roam but its more if I roam on this cannon wave I will be punished harder in the form of tower plating. I understand your point in the Edit, but generally to counter roamers you draft a laner that can shove the wave, so this change encourages you to draft better as you'll be rewarded for it
