It’s intentional there’s nothing accidental about it

Looks great as Decks go - does it meet every code perfectly probably not - will it past your Inspections most likely - it Will at last a whole lot longer than most I’ve seen I. Here - but this is a deck appraisal group. It’s adequate.

sluttyman69

I would not eat there ever

sluttyman69

Think you misspelled that misbehaving

sluttyman69

In time it will happen

sluttyman69

You killed the plants, but there’s 1 million seeds in the soil. Did you put down a pre-emergent

sluttyman69

Nothing it’s a trip making it easier for you to keep everything clean otherwise you’ll have weeds growing or a hedge which hides all that expensive stone

sluttyman69

That is entirely up to you. Do you like how is it good is it the only access out the door that get you on the deck?

I don’t believe he sold the company a lot of his share as possibly, but he did step down as the head, CEO and operations because he getting himself in trouble. It’s a corporation with a board directors. He’s the figure head as much as Bill Gates is of Microsoft somebody who used to be important.

10% of $$$$ how much

sluttyman69

It’s not that they need to raise the prices is it they want a 20% bump in their profit margin - in tips are untracked & now not taxed so they get to keep them all

sluttyman69

No people do we’re getting tired of these things. They’re everywhere.

sluttyman69

This falls under the category of - SHIT HAPPENS - decks are not always built exactly like they should somebody already described how to jack it up and take care of it. You have to crawl under there support the deck while you tear that one out and put a new one in.

sluttyman69

Nope

sluttyman69

Stair stringers are an odd thing if the bottom is positioned well anchored and cannot push away from the upper point it’s really wedged in place

sluttyman69

This is what tipping is supposed to be for

sluttyman69

Well, looks like you have some dry-rot maybe some termite damage and some other stuff going on you need to go through it assess what damage it is you need jacked up and start replacing piece by piece. Save what you can.

sluttyman69

Yum YUM - a little bit more bush, please

Paycheck the paycheck most people sent me many things can I imagine for a chunk of people 25% means if I don’t get a paycheck this week I don’t eat next week if I don’t get 2 paychecks the rent is not gonna get paid OR car payments questionable but I don’t get
4-paychecks. I’m on the street and the bank is repossessing items. - that’s what I think when I hear paycheck paycheck

sluttyman69

No, not a mistake. It looks so pretty in the backyard when it was 8 foot tall.

sluttyman69

Nice - how do you fill about it now

sluttyman69

Tell him no he needs to make sure that the insurance policy that he probably didn’t buy pay for it if not bankruptcy make them write it off

sluttyman69

Gentle power wash dry in the heat of the day paint as soon as dry before it gets cold otherwise your paint will peel and you’ll be redoing it spring

sluttyman69

It may have been stained with something at some point in time if it’s solid, it doesn’t need replacing. There’s many things you could do to change the color covered up hide it and possibly even an accent so it stands out even more if that’s what you want.

sluttyman69

Did you really need to ask the question?
