Hyatt Regency Mission Bay is a solid option. You're going to be all over town and didn't really give an idea of what you want to spend. Most hotels will have kids, especially in prime august. But HR MB is a great place.

You're going to hear this a million times over I'm sure.. but as someone who had a 2019 RR Velar that was in the shop more than half the time I had it, then swapped it for a '21 RR Sport due to all the issues that was also a piece of shit - fuel pump went (2x), water pump, screens blacked out all the time, sunshade rattled, drivers door wasn't aligned properly and caused road noise like the window was cracked, horrendous experience. Please for the love of god buy something else.
