Which connections are you talking about? Are these simple span steel beams that are laterally braced by the roof/floor deck?

I've wasted so much time trying to figure out the "best" task manager/system; there's just so much out there, and each app will have one critical feature missing lol. I've finally settled on just using a paper system, which is infinitely customizable and so much less frustrating. So far, my system consists of the following elements:
Blank letter-sized paper where I make essentially a mind map of all my tasks. I write out each project name and then put a circle around them. Then I draw branches off them and write my tasks at the end. Nothing too granular, just enough that I'll be reminded of what I need to do. I then put symbols or abbreviations next to the tasks to indicate various things, such as status, who I've delegated it to, importance, urgency, etc. I can also branch off my tasks to add any other important info, such as sub tasks, important dates, questions, or anything I want to be reminded of. I write everything in pencil, then use erasable pens if I need to make certain things stick out. Then just cross things off as they are completed.
Blank monthly calendars printed from Outlook. I put all my time-sensitive items here, due dates, appointments, meetings, holidays, vacations, you get the picture. I don't try to schedule any tasks here or time block, just keep it strictly about giving an overview of my time commitments and deadlines. There is a setting in outlook that let's you just print weekdays, which gives a bit more space to write on each day.
Sticky note for today's most important tasks. After reviewing my tasks/calendar, I just just write out my top 1-3 tasks I would like to accomplish today on a sticky note. This helps me stay on track for the day and focus my efforts.
Onenote pages for all ad-hoc planning and granular task tracking. I have a onenote section called "Working-Projects" where I create a page for any tasks where I need to plan things out, store temporary info, make checklists, etc. I don't worry about keeping this organized, as most info isnt relevant very long and organization just causes friction. Similarly, I have a "Working-General" section where I put non-project stuff I am working on.
So there you go, it's still a work in progress, but I though I would share as I feel like I was in your position about 6 months ago. Hopefully you find it helpful!
Prove it ding dong!!
Don't know why but this line cracks me up, don't think even Community fans would always get the reference lol
